  • Justin Kline

    FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER

    Justin is the founder and Managing Partner of Schenley Investments. Justin was formerly the Vice President, Transactions at Legacy Investing, a northern Virginia-based real estate private equity firm, where he was primarily responsible for leading acquisitions, dispositions, debt and equity capitalization, and leasing across the portfolio. Throughout his career, Justin has been involved in over $1B of transactional volume. 

    Before joining the principal side, Justin was an investment sales broker at Colliers International and Jones Lang LaSalle, receiving multiple awards and honors for his transactional representation. Justin graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.A. in History.

  • David Brodsky

    MANAGING PARTNER

    David is a Managing Partner of Schenley Investments. Prior to Schenley, David was an attorney at Mayer Brown LLP. During his tenure, he represented commercial real estate’s most recognizable names in the structuring, documentation and closing of complex real estate transactions, with a particular focus on joint ventures. David has successfully represented clients in transactions with an aggregate value greater than $10B.  

    David holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rollins College. David is a member of the District of Columbia and Maryland Bars and was recognized as Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in 2023 and 2024.

  • Nate Brooks

    ASSET MANAGEMENT

    Nate oversees Asset Management at Schenley Investments. He previously held the title of Director of Asset Management at Legacy Investing. During his tenure, he led asset management efforts across the portfolio, including over 6 million square feet of industrial, data center, life science, and office space. Prior to Legacy Investing, Nate worked in the Investment Management Group at RXR, where he most recently oversaw a portfolio of assets totaling 2.9 million square feet within the New York City Market. 

    Nate graduated from Villanova University with a B.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate.
